 In the middle of the picture you can see there are some builders, and childrens, they are located in the street, and are looking at the background where is an old building. That building is to old and the builders rebuilding that building. In the bottom left corner is a black child who playing with a toy and he is running away of the street, just looking the camera when the picture had been taken. In his eyes you can see very happy, because the building is being rebuilding.

In Cape Flats the people are different from the rest, because they have different culture and they talk with an unusual language of english. The caption refer the different of coloured people and black people, because in the past the coloured people and the black people, they were the same in the culture, and they had not different in to black people and coloured people in the past.

In this image in the foreground you can see two women repainted and in the background are two other. With the colors what use you can see the blue in which represents peace, red represents the passion and the yellow represents the joy. And as the caption says this festival represents the best of traditions, then it is understood that their traditions are very cheerful and has a passion in it, and it is generating a peace in the community as it is the festival holi was celebrated differently by some people in India. However this represents not only India if not all the cultures of the country.

 In conclusion I think that this image is very sincere and represents the truth of this festival in the cultural sense for this country and India.

Ladies and gentleman:

   Today I will talk about poverty in Africa. I will to start defining what poverty is. Probably, my dear audience you know the definition of poverty, but according to WordReference poverty is defined as the state or condition of having little a not money, goods or means of support. The focus of this speech is to educate on causes or effects of poverty in Africa and how it can be improved.

My first point is, what causes poverty? There are money reasons that causes poverty, in Africa the main reasons are two corruption or lack of resources. On one hand corruption is caused by governments that doesn't use the money responsibly and instead use it for themselves.

On the other hand, lack of resources in certain region is the main factor of poverty, be causes simple there are not materials to use or extract in order to make money, for example water. In other region, there are resources like minerals that can not be extracted, because lack of required technology to extract them.

In conclusion the poverty in Africa is caused by government who can not manage money, this corruption dont have money to buy the technology to help the poverty in Africa and moreover the importance of lack resources in africa .
